medmix prevents counterfeit Cox dispensers from entering UK supply chain

medmix works with a UK distributor to defend trademark rights and remove counterfeit products imitating its COXTM handheld sealant and adhesive dispensers from sale.  Having successfully identified an illegal supply route, medmix now supports the distributor by providing an OEM supply of genuine, high-quality dispensers.

 

“Realizing that the products were not genuine, the distributor quickly removed all counterfeit dispensers from their product range.” explains Hans-Peter Brack, Head of IP Management of medmix. “Protecting our end users as much as we can, we decided to work closely together with this distributor and provide dispensers directly from our UK manufacturing facility.”
