Career

Itee Satpathy was appointed Global Head of People Development and Internal Communications for Sulzer in 2018. Prior to Sulzer, she led Talent Development and Diversity at Syngenta. Previously, she has worked in Novartis in various roles of increasing responsibility, across the Human Resources function including leadership and organization development, talent management & D&I. Itee started her career in India, with ICICI Bank before moving to Switzerland in 2003.

Education

Itee Satpathy holds a Master’s Degree (Diploma) in Human Resources Management from XLRI School of Management, Jamshedpur, India.
