Alan Richardson

Career

Alan Richardson joined medmix in March 2023 as the company’s Chief Operations Officer. From 2018 to 2023, Alan served as COO of Advanced Medical Solutions. Prior to this, Alan spent 11 years at Convatec, where he held a number of leadership roles including Director New Product Integration, Vice President Quality and Operations as well as Vice President Advanced Wound Care Operations. The years before, Alan held several positions, at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 2005 to 2007, at Covance from 1999 to 2005, and at Yorkshire Chemicals from 1993 to 1999. Alan has broad international experience living and working in the Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions.

Education

Alan holds an Engineering Honours Degree in Chemical Engineering from Bradford University, UK.
