Career

Alan Richardson is responsible for overseeing all of medmix' operational sites/functions in the role of Chief Operations Officer. He joined medmix in March 2023 from Advanced Medical Solutions where he also served as COO. The years before, he held several leadership roles at Convatec including Director New Product Integration, Vice President Quality and Operations and Vice President Advanced Wound Care Operations. Earlier in his career, he worked with Bristol-Myers Squibb, Covance and Yorkshire Chemicals. Alan Richardson has extensive experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and Chemical industries as well as international experience having lived and worked in the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific regions.

Education

Alan Richardson holds an Engineering Honours Degree in Chemical Engineering from Bradford University, UK.
