Is greenLine™ really 1:1 compatible with my existing system?

Yes. greenLine™ cartridges use the same MIXPAC™ system interface as the virgin variants. Mixers, dispensers and filling lines stay unchanged.

What exactly is the recycled material made of?

greenLine™ uses post-consumer (PCR) and post-industrial (PIR) recycled materials. The recycled share varies by system and goes up to 100%.

In which colours and shades do greenLine™ cartridges come?

MIXPAC™ greenLine™ cartridges keep the distinctive MIXPAC™ overall appearance. Because we use mainly locally sourced recycled feedstock, subtle colour variations, the occasional black spot or white streak can occur from batch to batch. Rather than a defect, each shade is a testament to the authenticity of the recycled material and to real CO₂ savings — while MIXPAC™ quality and performance stay the same.

Does performance stay the same as virgin material?

greenLine™ is designed to the same requirements for leak-tightness, dosing accuracy and process safety as standard MIXPAC™ cartridges. For final release in your application we recommend a sample test.
