① Product Concept

Prior to the first trial run, we define all key product parameters. Together with your team, we coordinate filling volume, unit dose color, printing layout and secondary packaging - tailored to the requirements of your bulk material and market needs.

② Trial Run

In the first project phase, we test your bulk material on our filling equipment to determine optimal process parameters, define tolerances, and produce prototypes for stability and market testing.

③ Serial Quality

Once trial samples are approved and specifications finalized, we begin serial filling with a full qualification and validation process to ensure consistent batch quality.

④ Finished Goods

As an added service, we help optimize your secondary packaging, source your selected chip-boxes and IFUs based on your artwork, and assemble a complete ‘ready to sell’ kit.
