COX Handheld Dispensers for One and Two-Component Materials: PC COX legacy since 1958 inherited by medmix Switzerland Ltd.

medmix Switzerland AG, a leading manufacturer of industrial dispensers, is the exclusive producer of authentic handheld dispensers for one and two-component materials made in England under the COX trademark. The company is the sole owner of this trademark for its authentic COX dispensers made in England based on the tradition, quality and legacy of P.C. Cox and protects it against illegal copiers worldwide.

  • PC Cox Group Ltd., headquartered in Hungerford, United Kingdom, was founded in 1958 and established the P.C. COX legacy of quality and performance from the beginning. In 2016, it was acquired by the Sulzer Group and subsequently renamed as Sulzer Mixpac UK and integrated into the Sulzer Applicator Systems (APS) division.
  • Following the spin-off of the APS division as the medmix group and the renaming of Sulzer Mixpac UK as medmix UK, the dispenser business remains an integral part of the group’s portfolio.
  • PC Cox was renowned for its high-quality dispensers used in sealing and adhesive applications across various industries. The legacy of the P.C. Cox design, development and production continues to thrive in England. At medmix UK, our personnel and teams meticulously handcraft all COX dispensers in a modern, expanded facility located in Hungerford, England.

Strength in Innovation:

  • medmix Switzerland AG, in collaboration with other dispenser brands, offers an extensive product lineup. Many of the younger original P.C. Cox technology and manufacturing employees remain with us today.
  • The company’s commitment to excellence extends beyond manufacturing. medmix Switzerland is a trusted provider of mixing, dosing and delivery systems on the global stage.

Combatting Counterfeits:

Many COX counterfeits in China falsely state that they are made by us at our predecessor legal entity, P.C. Cox in Newcastle, England, which has not existed under that name or in that location for several years. Such COX counterfeits do not benefit from the technology, tradition, heritage, quality and performance of the authentic made-in-England COX dispensers, nor do they benefit from the medmix guarantee of performance and quality. medmix Switzerland Ltd. takes decisive action against illegal copiers of our COX dispensers, particularly in China. Our successful efforts in protecting our trademarks have been instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our brand. We remain steadfast in our commitment to safeguarding our intellectual property.
