Career

Charity Kufaas serves as CSTO since January 1, 2026. Charity joined medmix from Medtronic, where she was Vice President and General Manager, Care Model Innovation,  a clinical care business (2022 – 2025) and Vice President Strategy, Business Development and Channel Management for Europe, Middle East & Africa (2015 – 2022). Prior to this, she was Global Corporate Development Director at GE Healthcare (2009 – 2015). Charity started her career as an investment banker.

Charity Kufaas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Studies from Yale University, USA.
