Career

Francisco Faoro is an accomplished executive with over two decades of international leadership experience in the medical device industry. He brings a strong track record in R&D, brand management, and product development across implant dentistry, in-vitro diagnostics, orthopedics, and polymer processing.

Additionally, he serves on the Industrial Advisory Boards for the Department of Health Sciences and Technology (D-HEST) and the Competence Center for Materials and Processes (MaP) at ETH Zurich, as well as the advisory board of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland. As a mentor for the Swiss Innovation Challenge, he supports innovation-driven start-ups with strategic guidance and hands-on advice.

Education

Francisco holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich and an Executive BBA from the China Europe International Business School. He is also a graduate of the Mastering Technology Enterprise program at IMD Business School.
