Career

Oliver brings a wealth of international leadership experience in the healthcare and medical technology sectors. Most recently, he served as Head of Gerresheimer Advanced Technology and CEO of Sensile Medical AG, where he led innovation in advanced drug delivery systems. His tenure at Gerresheimer was marked by a strong focus on strategic growth, technological advancement, and operational excellence.

Prior to this, Oliver held several senior leadership roles, including General Manager at Roche Diabetes Care Germany, where he successfully managed large-scale operations and drove market expansion. His earlier career includes executive roles at Senseonics, Deutsche Bahn, and timpact, during which he demonstrated a consistent ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and deliver impactful results.

Education

Oliver holds a Doctorate in Economics from the University of St. Gallen, an MBA from the University of Bradford, and a Diplom in Business Administration from Fachhochschule Frankfurt am Main.
