Roland Luethy

Career

Roland serves as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary since 1 July 2026. Prior to joining medmix, he worked for Sulzer from 2020 to 2026, most recently as Head of Group Legal, Corporate Secretary and Deputy General Counsel.

His extensive professional experience also includes positions at Bank Julius Baer, a State Commercial Court, the M&A and Corporate team of the law firm Homburger, and various start-up companies.

Education

Roland holds a Master of Laws (lic. iur.) from the Faculty of Law of the University of Zurich and an MBA from INSEAD. He is admitted to practice as an attorney-at-law in Switzerland.
