Philipp began his journey in 1998, working hands-on in injection molding, automation, quality inspection, and maintenance. His technical expertise and leadership quickly earned him key roles — from Production Manager to Site Manager — where he helped build and grow one of medmix’s manufacturing sites. 

Today, Philipp leads a global team of 65 experts — plus 15 apprentices — all dedicated to transforming product concepts into scalable, high-quality solutions. His team bridges the gap between product development and production, ensuring smooth communication, alignment, and efficiency across every stage of the industrialization. This close collaboration has streamlined medmix’s idea-to-market process, helping customers benefit from faster production timelines, fewer bottlenecks, and greater reliability.
